Service Agreement

Program Name: Make God the CEO of Your Business
Coach: Tracy Lynn Havens, TLC Coaching

1. Purpose & Overview

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and expectations for participation in the Make God the CEO of Your Business program, a 3-month group coaching experience designed to empower business owners to build their organizations with God at the helm.

This program combines faith-based business strategy, prayer, and practical tools to help you gain clarity, peace, and direction as you align your business with God’s plan.

2. Program Details

• Duration: 3 months
  
  
• Format: Weekly 60-minute group coaching sessions via Zoom (12 total) plus BONUS Follow Up session.
  
  
• Includes: Worksheets, eBook, assessment tools, and access to session recordings and additional resources.
  
  
• Bonus: Daily prayer for you and your business during the program duration.
  
  

3. Payment Terms

• Program Investment: USD $1,997

4. No Refund Policy

Because this program includes live coaching, prayer, and access to digital materials, all payments are final and non-refundable.
You are encouraged to commit fully to the process and engage in each session to experience maximum transformation.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

All sessions will be hosted via Zoom. You’ll receive the session link and schedule upon registration.
If you miss a session, you’ll have access to the replay, but group sessions cannot be rescheduled individually.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared within the group is to remain confidential.
Participants agree to create a safe, supportive space by not sharing personal or business details of other members outside of the sessions.

7. Coach’s Role

As your coach, Tracy Lynn Havens will provide faith-based business coaching, prayer, encouragement, prophetic insight, and biblical principles for growth.
She will come prepared, present, and prayerful for every session, offering spiritual and strategic guidance aligned with the Word of God.

8. Client’s Role

You agree to come to sessions open, honest, and willing to take action.
You understand that this program is a partnership and your transformation depends on your participation, commitment, and obedience to God’s leading.

9. Spiritual Disclaimer

This program is faith-based and designed to help you seek God’s will for your business.
It is not intended to replace professional legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions within your business.

10. Results Disclaimer

While transformation and breakthroughs are expected and often experienced, specific results (financial or otherwise) cannot be guaranteed.
Every outcome depends on your engagement, follow-through, and personal relationship with God.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including worksheets, eBooks, and recordings — are the property of TLC Coaching and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written consent.

12. Termination

If a participant violates group confidentiality or behaves in a way that disrupts the integrity of the program, TLC Coaching reserves the right to remove them from the program without refund.
