Service Agreement

Program: Make God the CEO of Your Business
Provider: Tracy Lynn Havens - TLC Coaching

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Make God the CEO of Your Business program (“Program”). By purchasing or participating in the Program, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

Make God the CEO of Your Business is a 3-month faith-centered business training program designed to help business owners invite God into the leadership of their business, align their decisions with biblical principles, and build their business through obedience, prayer, and spiritual discernment.

The Program includes:

• Weekly video-based teaching delivered by email and access through portal
• Guided worksheets and printable “Call To Action” workbook
• eBook: Powerful Prayers to Elevate Your Business
• Scripture and declarations for your business
• Introductory and wrap-up teaching videos
• Email access to Tracy Lynn Havens for encouragement and accountability during the 3-month program
• Daily prayer covering for participants and their businesses during the three months

The Program is designed for personal growth, spiritual alignment, and leadership development in business.

2. Program Delivery

The Program will be delivered over approximately 12 weeks (3 months).

Clients will receive:

• Weekly emails containing links to the current week’s video training
• Access through the portal to program materials and downloadable resources

Clients are responsible for watching the videos, completing worksheets, and applying the material to their business.

3. Investment & Payment Terms

The total investment for the Program is:

Full Payment: $397 USD

OR

Payment Plan:
3 monthly payments of $149 USD

If the payment plan is selected:

• Payments will be automatically charged each month.
• The Client agrees to complete all payments regardless of participation level.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program and restricted access to materials.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The Client understands that results depend on personal commitment, faith, and implementation of the material provided.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client understands and agrees that:

• The Program provides faith-based guidance, coaching insights, and spiritual principles.
• The Client is responsible for all business decisions, actions, and results.
• Success in business cannot be guaranteed.

Participation requires personal responsibility, commitment, and willingness to apply the teachings.

6. Spiritual Nature of the Program

This Program is rooted in biblical principles, prayer, and Christian faith-based teachings.

By participating, the Client acknowledges that:

• The content reflects the Christian worldview and spiritual beliefs of the Provider.
• Prayer, Scripture, and faith-based practices are incorporated into the teaching.

7. Email Support

Clients will receive direct email access to Tracy Lynn Havens during the 3-month Program for:

• Encouragement
• Clarification
• Accountability

Response times may vary but will generally occur within 1-2 business days.

Email access is not unlimited consulting and should be used respectfully and appropriately.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Tracy Lynn Havens and TLC Coaching, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Worksheets
• Workbook materials
• Written content
• Prayers and declarations

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or teach the materials without written permission.

Materials are provided for personal use only.

9. Confidentiality

If Clients choose to share personal or business information through email communication, that information will be treated with respect and discretion.

However, the Provider cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality through electronic communication.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that Tracy Lynn Havens and TLC Coaching will not be held liable for:

• Business decisions made by the Client
• Financial outcomes
• Business performance
• Loss of revenue or opportunities

The Program is designed to provide education, spiritual encouragement, and guidance, not financial or legal advice.

11. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing or participating in the Make God the CEO of Your Business program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
